DESIGN CONTROLS
All house designs, fencing and landscaping are subject to Design Controls and approval by the Developers. Plans must first be submitted to sales@feldsparcrossing.co.nz before seeking council consent. Approval is usually issued within 10 working days and is sped up when using one of our Approved Building Companies to submit.
